Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations and services provided by Rock Breeze (Pvt) Ltd.

Quotations. Quotes are based on the information and site conditions available at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes in scope or material prices may require a revised quote.

Deposits and payment. Work is scheduled once a deposit is received as stated on the quotation. Balances are payable as agreed on the quote or invoice.

Variations. Any additional work requested after acceptance is quoted and approved before it is carried out.

Timelines. We work to agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by weather, material supply, site access or changes requested by the client.

Leather and upholstery items. Items left for repair must be collected within the agreed period after completion.

Workmanship. We stand behind our workmanship. Please report any concerns promptly so we can inspect and address them.
